Lorekeeper is built for passionate gamers to log their journeys, share authentic reviews, discuss lore, and connect over games they love. These guidelines define expectations for participating in our discussions, replies, and community spaces. By posting or replying on Lorekeeper, you agree to respect these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Respectful & Inclusive Conduct

Disagreements about games, gameplay mechanics, and stories are natural and welcome. Attacks on the person are not.

  • Zero tolerance for hate speech: Slurs, harassment, discrimination, dehumanizing speech, or targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion will result in an immediate account ban.
  • No bullying or harassment: Dogpiling, brigading, stalking, unwanted repeated contact, or deliberate hostility toward any community member is prohibited.
  • No doxxing: Never share real-world private information (full names, home addresses, phone numbers, private emails, IP addresses, workplace information) belonging to yourself or anyone else.

Spoiler Policy & Markdown

Everyone deserves to experience key story moments, twists, and endings firsthand. Whenever discussing plot points or late-game surprises, you must use spoiler tags.

How to tag spoilers

Wrap spoiler text in double pipes: ||your spoiler here||

Example: Dispatch is great ||blonde blazer carried the finale arc||

Unmarked spoilers on newly released games or major plot revelations will be removed or edited by moderators.

Content Safety & Spam

  • No malicious links or warez: Sharing links to phishing sites, malware, pirated game downloads, cracks, or illegal key-generators is strictly prohibited.
  • No commercial spam or bots: Automated spamming, affiliate link stuffing, repetitive self-promotion, or bot accounts are banned on sight.
  • No NSFW / sexually explicit content: Lorekeeper is a gaming platform. Pornography, explicit media, gore, or graphic violence is prohibited in post text, user avatars, or GIFs.

Reporting Violations & Moderation

Help keep Lorekeeper safe and welcoming. If you see a post or reply that violates these guidelines:

Use In-App Reporting

Click the three-dot menu on any post or reply and select Report. Choose the applicable category (Spam, Harassment, Hate Speech, Spoilers, Other) and provide context.

Moderation Actions

Our moderation team investigates all reports. Penalties range from content removal, official warnings, to permanent IP/account bans depending on severity.

If you believe a moderation action was taken against your account in error, or if you have questions regarding these guidelines, you may submit an appeal to our team at support@lorekeeper.cc.
